Amista 2021 Tres, GSM Blend

The perfect accompaniment to almost any meal: roast chicken, mushroom pasta, ribeye-the options are endless! Aromas of huckleberry coulis, petrichor, bay leaves, violets, toffee, and candied orange zest. More dark fruit flavors, deeply roasted almond, black pepper, and cacao bean really make the front palate pop. The finish has beautiful tannins and lingering acidity. This is a beautiful wine.

Amista 2018 Syrah

This is the wine you'll want with those hearty winter dishes or a crackling fire. The 2018 Morningsong Syrah starts with aromas of plush black cherry, molasses, a hint of chocolate buttercream frosting and some touches of black cardamom. The palate is warm and rich and has lingering fruit flavors, delicate tannins and a long finish. This is a great food pairing wine.
